ENCOUNTER terminated by internal (SEGV) error/signal… ??

    Hello!
    While I do the placement in SOC Encounter,there is a error and SOC
    Encounter exits.The error is : ENCOUNTER terminated by internal (SEGV)
    error/signal…
    What would cause this error?How can I repair it?
