I swear I saw an spr # dealing with fixing the inability to make an edge
flang beyond the edge used to create the flang initially. Meaning insert and
edge flange>edit the sketch and drag the line longer than the original line
created. Any one see that or have a soultion. I have added material from
several different faces but any attempt killz the flattened state. Also when
using a form tool (for vents) how do you deal with the flattened state. I
made a config and suppressed them to get it to work but that isnt how it
will be processed. I assume the vents will be formed first then the box will
    be formed around them. TIA

haven't heard of an sp, i think it's a functionality issue and not a bug.

for edge flange, i stumbled onto a solution a few weeks ago. edit flange
sketch & draw relief where edge stops, then draw extension legs & connect to
flange sketch. does that make any sense?

when i use louvers we buy a tool and punch in turret ... so when blank comes
out of turret louvers are already in formed state.
