Easy macro?

I think this is an easy question. I need a macro that I can add to my .mns file that will begin a line, promp the user for a length, prompt the user for an angle, and then finish the line. I'm not very familiar with the syntax but something like.

_Line "Enter Length"@\ "Enter Angle"<\ ;
