Dropdown Menu Fonts

For some reason one of my user's stations will not show the correct
fonts in the dropdown portion and on some message screens. From
reading some posts and looking at the Autodesk web site, I was lead to
believe that all fonts displayed within the program would be
controlled through the windows "menu" font. Most fonts look ok and in
my office programs the fonts are correct, but Autocad, Autopipe, Adobe
Pagemaker, etc. the font is not correct (very small and bunched up,
different font as well) I have tried every font setting in the
appearance tab for windows and no luck. I know that the user erased
all the fonts at one time and then reinstalled them all. Thats when
the problem seems to have started, but all the original fonts and more
were put back. Any help, any ideas?? I have looked at the two places
that I can see where Autocad uses fonts, but they are for things
within the program, not the windows interface. Tried different
profiles. Anyways, thanks for any help.

Just one thought - were the fonts actually Installed in Windows or
just copied to the Windows\Fonts folder?
Try highlighting a few and installing them. If they are already
properly installed, Windows will tell you to remove the existing
    copies.

Put the "at" in the gap.
