    Hi all,
I need to draw a polyline matching the circumference of an empty space which
is made from thousands of CAD objects. It is liked a forrest surrounded by
thousands of domestic properties and I need to draw a polyline to represent
the forrest. Are there any quick way or script to draw it?

(System: ACAD 2005 with Express Tools.)

    TIA

If the "thousands of domestic properties" touch each other, then the
BOUNDARY command may be what you're looking for.

If you have entities that represent the Forrest select them all, right-click
and select Shrinkwrap. Or select the adjoining entities, shrinkwrap them and
edit the resultant lines if needed.
