    Please tell me if there is any documentation which deals with the
    function supported by ocean scripts and their corresponding usage
    syntax.

    You can find good Ocean reference within Cadence documentations ..
    Find it at: $CDS_ROOT/doc/oceanref/oceanref.pdf
