Has anybody seen the following error message from a diva extraction?

    Summary of rule violations
1 Figure Causing Multiple Stamped Connections
1 Figure Having Multiple Stamped Connections

I can not find the error that causes this

The only messages with stamp in them in the listing are
    executing: well = geomStamp(well nwell_diff error)
    executing: subs_dt = geomStamp(subs_dt substrate error)
    executing: subs_ndt = geomStamp(subs_ndt substrate error)

    Thanks

i guess this is because of the substrate or well taps.
you have multiple taps that are not connected together,
so the tool thinks these are different nets and
    issues an error.

    Hi Mike,

You have a problem with the substrate or well ties (bulk connections.)
    possible causes:

    1. pmos device with multiple well ties. 1 or more floating or shorted to
    different net.
    2. nmos devices with flaoting bulk contact or tied to different potential.
    3. You are using multiple ground nets and they are "shorting" through the
substrate. For this you will need a marker layer to separate the various
    ground/substrate regions for LVS purposes.
