Design Engineer Opportunity - Houston, TX

Designers - 5 positions available - RELOCATION ASSITANCE AVAILABLE

We are looking for well qualified candidates to work with this
exciting, high growth team of Engineers. They have multiple projects,
worldwide, that need immediate design engineering!

These roles are direct hire roles with a stable, privately held $100M
+ company in Houston, Texas specializing in customized cooling
solutions.

The Designer's role is to provide design, detailing, and drafting
related to mechanical systems of a project. The position requires
close interface with Project Engineers and Project Managers, with the
electrical and controls engineers, and with service engineers and
technicians.

Skills desired:
* Strong AutoCAD 2000, Excel, and MS Office skills;
* 3 -5 years experience in design, detailing, and drafting related to
mechanical systems in one or more areas - piping, structural and/or
skid mounted equipment;
* 1-2 years Solidworks experience preferred ;
* Proven experience in design and drafting work on AutoCAD 2000;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with
subordinate designers and drafters on design principles and manage the
drawing generation process;
* Associates or technical degree accepted.
