Delete All Layer Manager Saved States

    Thanks for the help from everyone in the past, this seemed like a popular
    request from people so,
    I am ataching a lisp and associated dcl file to delete ALL express tools
    layer manager saved layer states.
    This can be easily modified into a non dialog box lisp routine, but I wanted
    the extra warning message prior to deleting..
    I cannot warranty anything, but I think this is the whole 9 yards.
    I chose not to put it into the express tools as a added button, but is could
    be done easily.

    So, with no further babbling.

    PLEASE IF YOU FIND AN ERROR IN THIS LET ME KNOW ASAP
