Customizing Mark Net Function ("select Via Layers")

I need a skill script that will always load a specific list of layers
when using the Mark Net function. I do NOT have write authority to the
techfile, and they have set multiple layers to trace through, causing
a lot of false shorts. I know I can do this using the F3 menu, but I
would like to build it into either my .cdsinit or .cdsenv.

Perhaps you could say which version you're using? In IC61X, you can define the
stop layers in a local directory. See

or search in cdnshelp for stopLayers. I think the viaLayers has to be in a tech
file - you could always update the tech file in memory though using SKILL (you
don't need write access for that).
