Cusomization Book Suggestions

I'm looking for a customization book for AutoCAD. My company currently uses AutoCAD 2002 Land Desktop. I'm electrical and use Land-Enabled AutoCAD Map 5. I'd like to get something that helps me with lisp files and saving custom settings at least. I'd like to hear suggestions of books people have been happy with (or unhappy). Please be specific. Thank you.

Hi Anne,

Scott's requirements are independent of Land Desktop. His request is for
basic AutoCAD programming.

I have not heard of any books on customising Land Desktop as such, although
the VBA Help files give sample code and explanations for all the Land
Desktop specific things as well as the AutoCAD things.
