If the Ctrl+right click osnap is part of the regular menu, then simply
    reload the acad.mnu.

If you've defined your own toolbars and haven't created your own <Name>.mns
then copy clip the toolbars from the acad.mnu and add it to the <name>.mns.
The reason is simple. Anytime you defined toolbars they get written to the
acad.mns, unless you define your own partial menu. If you simply reload the
acad.mnu, it will recompile the menu and any toolbars that you've created
will be lost, and have to maybe be reloaded from the acad.mns, in which case
it would be wiser for you to separate that partial menu to a different name.

Remember that Autocad numbers it Icons, so you'll have to define the icons
to specific name and hard code this to your custom menu, and define the name
within it. But make sure you define the location of the bmps within the
    support directories.

If you actually create your own menu within the acad.mns and started working
on another partial menu, then perhaps those settings were lost. It's good
that you didn't manipulate the acad.mnu, but be aware that when working with
partial menus to keep them separate by name, and not actually use the
acad.mns as your working partial menu.

If the function was part of the original acad.mnu, then remember what I
    pointed out in the beginning.

Other that that, your mouse may have been reset or redefined.

Remember that partial menus get loaded via 'menuload' as <name>.mns and get
    compiled as mnc.

    Have fun!

    Rudy,

Thank you for your help. I reintalled CAD because I had do setup asap but
it was an great experience that if I dont how to fix the problem I have to
spend more time to do other way.

I will keep in mind your advice for future use. Again, thank you.
