Creating aliases for nested commands

Hopefully this should be an easy question. I just bought cad 2005, and was previously using cad 14 with softdesk 8, which I liked. I want to customize my short cut commands, but I can't find the acad.lsp file. If this file exists, sounds like it will be easy to tweak it and add or modify commands. If it does not exist, do I create one? How do I create it, and where do I put it in the program files to run properly? If I do have to create it , perhaps someone can post a customized acad.lisp file, so that I don't have to start from scratch?

    Many thanks

P.S. put the acad.lsp in your support sub-folder.
