Crash on file open (*.skf)

  1. I have Autosketch 9 which runs great on Win 2000. However when I switched to XP SP2, it crashes whenever I open a file.
    I uninstall the program and reinstall, I can then open and work on ONE file successfully for as long as I want. If I try to open another file or even the same file at a later time, Autosketch tells me an unknown error has occured and the program must be shut down. So it goes on , uninstalling and reinstalling many times per day.
    any ideas appreciated.
    Thanks

    I'm running it on XP with no problems;
    Try un-installing it, deleting an relevant registry settings and then re-installing it?

    {Note: don't pla with the registry unless you know what you are doing, and always back it up.}
