Converting of .FRM, .KEY, .MGT and .ATT Files

Hallo,
we have some very old Drawings with the a.m. endings. Maybe those
drawings have been made with Drawbase - but it is not sure.
Does anyone have an idea how to convert those files for the use in
AutoCad LT 2002.
