Convert polyline to a block

    I want to convert each polyline to a block so that I can edit the block and and all the rest are modified on the same time.
    I uploaded a picture explaining what I mean. I want to convert all the ploylines in the big circle to the block in the small circle.
    Please help and thanks in advance.
