connect points based on attribute value

    The LISP attached to this post (as a txt file) allows me to connect points based on the value of an attached attribute (pntnum). The problem I am having is that when using the point by point method a point number can only be used once or the routine craps out. Is there a way to fix this? Also is there a way to do a check to make sure that all point numbers are unique? I hope this is a clear enough explaination, I am not thinking too clearly as the radio has been blaring all day and I am ready to smash it. Thanks for any and all help.
