Cone Development

    I am tring to write a program to develop a truncated cone into a flat
    development.

    I have an arc length...

    I need to use this length to measure around a circle twelve times...

    The easy way is to use a chord for the arc length and use circles but this
    isnt totally accurate...

    Any ideas
