Command Manager problems

    I can't get the Command Manager tabs to appear (they only appear when
    I try to customise and then gone when I close the cutomise window).

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I know - but that doesnt work. It works fine on my other machine.
    Maybe its a bug or maybe there is some hidden checkbox (that isnt
    obvious).
