COLOR 140 DOESN'T SHOW UP BRIGHT...HELP!!

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by Tushar Mithaiwala, Oct 8, 2004.

  1. Dear Group,

There's a way to set windows xp so that color 140 shows up
brightly. I can't seem to read hardly anything of my text when I use
    color 140.

What is the windows setting and how do I input it?

There is nothing to set in you OS.
When you say 140 doesn't show up brightly are you referring to appearance on
your monitor screen or color plots?
Color 140 is very visible when using a black model tab background color in
    AutoCAD.
A simple suggestion: change your background color or stop using 140.

So, why don't you simply use a different color?
