Can't Read Posts in this NewsGroup

I can't read the messages in this newsgroup anymore (new machine & OS).
Most of the posts in this (or any) newsgroup show up on my machine as all
asterisks instead of text. Only a few messages are readable. Does anyone
know why or how to fix? My ISP support people are clueless. If you can
help, please reply by e-mail.

Not sure if it is a SBC problem or your newsreader (sometimes if you
delete the newsgroup, close the session and add the newsgroup back, it
will clear things up) but if you just want to read, try..

(delays of 6 hrs but great for searches)

Usually they are pretty good at news.newusers.questions with troubleshooting
posting and other problems, including browser settings, etc. That might be a
better place to post your question, MD.

And Grahame, why were you apologizing for your reply? Made sense to me. You think
maybe MD is having a font translation problem?
