Can you make flyout style custom bottons?

    The main tool box has icons that open up to more icon commands. Can
    I make one of those with custom icons (similar to autocad flyout icons).

    Sorry, but I still can't where is the flyout tool frame option, or what
    ever the Microstation name would be.
