Can you lock a level from turning display on or off?

I know you can lock a level from being edited, but how about locking it
from turning the displaying on or off. I often use level display
dialog box to turn all levels on or all off. But it would be nice to
be able to lock a few choice levels to not be affected by the "all on"
or "all off" command. Is that something that can be done with the
Level Manager or some kind of keyin?

p.s. is there a keyin equivalent what you can do in Level display
dialog box, right click "all on" or "all off"? thanks.

Try using "Level Groups" (Microstation SE) or Level Filters
    (Microstation V8)

just open up level manager. Look around, and I am sure you can figure
    it out.
