can Inventor be made to draw like Autosketch?

    Autosketch allows click and drag to place squares and circles.
    Autosketch allows elongating a rectangle after it's placed, simply by
    click and drag a selection arrow.

    Can Inventor being made to do those things?
    Why aren't they turned on by default?
