CAD Overlay 2000 on Win 2000 server

    When CAD Overlay 2000 is launched AutoCAD loads no problem... but when click on CAD Overlay command.. error MSG- "Unable to send licence daemon message" "CAD Overlay could not find a licence" Obvious solution....UPG to Raster design 2004????
