Block Fix

I am looking for a lisp routine that will:

Explode a block then be able to replode it.

I have multiple instances of a block in a drawing and I want to fix one so
it updates all with same name.

I thought they added a command for it. Glad they kept it in 2004. I am IV user but using 2004 today.
