BETA operating point definition

    Hi all, what is BETA in the operating point analysis. I am under the
    impression that it is un*Cox*Weff/Leff. Is this right?

  2. It depends on the model equations. What you say is a simplistic relationship
    which is probably not true for modern mos models (I've not checked any before
    writing this).

    If you're talking about spectre, take a look at the spectre device model
    equations manual.
