AutoCAD thinks it doesn't support the paper size

  1. But it does!
The plotter uses a 24" roll. (HP DJ 430)
    It tells me:
"The plotter does not support the paper size 24.00 x 35.99 inches, printable
area 23.60 x 34.66 inches. Confirm the new paper size before plotting."
It does similar messages on a smaller plotter, too.
And then it changes the paper size to letter. I change it back to ARCH-D
and preview/plot and it works. But I always lose the paper size in the plot
settings tab of the plot dialog. ALWAYS. I always have to check previous
plot or re-pick the paper size. OR I can pick another pagesetup and re-pick
the pagesetup. But it always give me the same message and never saves the
paper size. (unless it's already letter).

    It's maddening!

Hmm. My reply doesn't show up. Anyway, I fixed the problem with the DJ430.
But the Epson 1520 still has the problem. For the both of them I deleted
the printers and PC3 files and created new ones.
