Autocad 2005 - Publish to HPGL2 - Cuts off image

    When using the Autocad 2005 Publish command to plot to an HPGL2 plot file
    (using HDI or system driver, doesn't make any difference), the first page of
    the file is OK, but subsequent sheets are offset or cut off. I have seen
    several posts but no one seems to have resolved the issue. Is there any
    resolution to this other than individually creating the plot files?
