Assura RCX error at rex: res command file error

    Hi,

    I am using cadence 5.0.33 and assura 3.1 and I got the following error
    when I tried RC extraction for a circuit which has rfmos and/or
    mimcap. If the circuit doesn't have mimcap and rfmos the RC extraction
    works well. I checked previous e-mails and some people had same
    problems. But I couldn't understand their solution. Should I upgrade to
    assura 3.12usr1? What is the reason for this problem? Is it due to the
    technology file or the assura?

    *FATAL* at "rex": res command file error - imcomplete
    *WARNING* Bad return status from RCX run. 0x1

    I found:

    PCR: 694091
    Title: av312 FATAL at rex: res command file error - imcomplete

    I think this is fixed in 3.1.2 USR1, but I'd go straight for 3.1.3 USR1 if I
    were you.
