Assura outfile to mosaics

    Hi
    I am trying to generate dummy fills for my layout using Assura. I used
    modiyExistingLibrary AND outFile/flat options in the RSF, with
    generateRectangle in drc.rul. It produces a fill cell with thousands of
    shapes on mask layers. So far so good.

    I believe converting them to Mosaics will help in reducing verification
    and stream out times though it is an extra step up front. If this idea
    is correct, how do I go about it? I saw some Transversal and Generator
    Functions for mosaics on SourceLink, but they didn't seem to be well
    explained there. Please help, I am open to ideas.

    PS: the fill shapes are staggered with an offset due to DRC, hence I
    can't use generateFill.
