Are there any arx functions to get dwg, information before open command will execute and after close

    I want to do something with dwg, files before them opend and after them closed, so i do need know what dwg. files are going to be opend,and what dwg. files have been closed. With AutoLISP and VBA, there are no any events to support these functions.

    vlr-dwg-reactor
    1.2 if u want to know information before opeing try :vlrbeginopen
        :vlrbeginclose for to call functions before close
