I need printed copies of a large number of Outlook emails, but opening each MSG file and choosing Print one at a time is taking forever. Is there a better way to convert them into PDFs first so printing becomes much easier?

Printing many Outlook emails becomes frustrating when every MSG file needs to be opened separately before taking a print. This approach works for a few emails, but with a large collection of messages, it takes unnecessary time and becomes difficult to manage.

The main problem I had was keeping the email formatting, attachments, and important details while preparing multiple copies for printing. Converting MSG files into PDF helped because PDFs were easier to open, arrange, and print without depending on Outlook every time. For handling a large number of files together, WholeClear MSG to PDF Converter can be used to convert MSG emails into PDFs in batches while keeping the email details intact.

Before printing all files, it is better to check a few converted PDFs first to make sure the layout and attachments are appearing correctly.
