Animate feature build

    Has anyone ever seen an API that steps thru the feature tree capturing
    a snapshot (bmp, jpeg etc) of the model at each step. I had something
    similar a long time ago but have long since lost it. It was very
    helpful to see the model being built.

    I found the code for what I did. All I used was the "Roll Back Model
    Example" code from the SW API help and then used Animator screen
    capture to capture the rollback images.
