Amending radial dimensions

    A2002

    I'm trying to customise a dimstyle.
    & I can't see the woods for the trees.

    what's the variables to set so:

    1. I have the option to drag the dim around the arc before placing it.

    2. I have the option to select the text placement somewhere between the arc
    & the centre point &
    line dim line only goes as far as the text, & not to the centre point.

    I think they maybe the same variable.
