Hi Jack,
This appears to be an install bug. A fix is listed in the readme included on
the install CD. The relevant contents are posted below -
Some machines experience an error regarding RTSUNServer.html when creating a
deployment with Standalone authorization. To workaround this error, share your
CD drive and map a new drive letter to the new share. Create the deployment
from this new drive. When creating deployments in this manner, the prompts to
switch CDs are defeated. For each error 1308, please insert the next CD.
Multiple disk swaps may be required. At the end of the install you will need
to copy the EULA and Support\Express directories from Disk 1 into the AdminImage
directory of the deployment.
Network locations specified in the Network Install locations dialog must specify
the complete path to the final location desired. It is not recommended to use a
single location. Some content, such as Texture Maps, will be installed at that
location, not in a subdirectory. (example – "…\Content\Texture Maps\", "…\Content\
Plot Styles\", etc.)
