Adobe Acrobat version 5 - 6 wipeouts are plotted as black outs or are completely ignored

    For the last 3 years I have been using "Free PDF" to successfully create PDF
    with wipeouts. The company I work for decided a while back to buy the full
    version of Adobe Acrobat. We have tried with versions 5, 5.5 and 6 to create
    successful PDF prints with wipeouts, the result is:
    5-5.5 will create PDFs when plotted will have black out, and Adobe 6 with
    completely ignore them. At this point I'm happy I'm not the one who had to
    pay for the Full version of Adobe. Has anyone found out how to "fix" this
    problem with Adobe. If my Free program can do it then Adobe must have a
    setting the needs to adjusted. TIA

    Wipeouts print out like Raster images: are you having a problem with those
    both ADT 3.0 & ADT 3.3
    We don't use a PC3 for Adobe Distiller
    Just the standard file in the Windows Printer Folder
