Add more paper sizes grayed out!

    How do I add more paper sizes when the ADD button is grayed out?

    With some printers, you can manipulate the paper sizes in the "custom
    properties" settings, rather than in the "user defined paper" selections.

    The Epson Stylus Color 1520 Windows XP driver doesn't seem support a custom
    paper size. It's easy to find in our HP printers, but the Epsons can't do
    it like they used to in Windows 98.
