[ACAD2004] Autocad icons in the open window

    Hello from Italy.

    I've a problem using Autocad2004 full eng.

    When I click on the OPEN button Autocad shows the window where I can select
    the files I want to open.
    The fact is that the icons related to the files DWG and DXF don't appear
    like they should be. They are the tipycal icons that Windows give to the
    files it does'nt know (white rectangle with the windows flag) and not the
    right Autocad icons.

    Having a look at Explorer, where I could set the icon for any extension (via
    tool-option-type-advanced) everything is ok: DWG and DXF are listed with the
    correct icon.

    Any suggestion?
