AC 2002: Batch Plot Utility page setup issue

    I am trying to print a large number of drawings at 11x17 using the Batch Plot Utility. When I view 'page setups' under the 'options' tab all that is listed is 'Default.' 'Default' does not allow me to specify page size and prints 8.5x11. I have tried to use 'Load page setups from drawing or template,' but after browsing and selecting a file, the form field only displays part of the file path and does not apply the settings in the print job. I've tried the known issues and read all the help files. Not sure if this has to do with the PC3 file or how to find/manipulate that.
