3-Way toggle in menu

    $(getvar,demandload)]'_.demandload $m=$(if,$(getvar,demandload),0,1)

    Would somebody be able to show me how I could change this line, so that each
    time I would click this item on the menu, it would toggle thru the values 0
    to 3
