Does anyone know where I can find some simple but nice 2D door and wall routines for AutoCAD 2002? I have been searching for the longest time without any luck. Back in the R12 days, I had an add-on program with some very slick wall routines that drew walls and doors, broke walls, cleaned up walls (even when you weren't breaking for a door). It was called KLH out of Idaho.I think they went out of business and the program does not work with 2002? I am in need of something short of Architecural Desktop.

    Thanks, Jim

Do you want only doors, or windows and louvers also? Do you want to use
    blocks

or have the routine draw it parametrically? How much lisp do you know? Do
    you

want the routine to set and return layers? I ask all of the questions,
    because I have

code I can send you, the bad news is it will take a lot of work to customize
    it and

break it apart to work for you. Also do you want door symbol tags?

My routine breaks the walls and draws the doors, windows or louvers long
    with the

symbol mark. The routine comes with rotate and mirror the inserted
    paramertically

drawnblock about a common center point. The center point is stored as xdata
    for

matching rotation about a non ortho wall, where it was created.

    Check out http://www.cadentity.com/products/overview.html

    It works well for me.

The author frequents the newsgroups as well I believe... it's worth the
money, but try the demo if you like. I think it just pops up a notification
window when loaded / run in the demo. Much cheaper than Arch. Desktop.
