    Routinely shows up at the Mobile Public Library for Arthur's Day per the
    local early AM public services messages on TV there.
    Might even sign a few books.

    It was real & routine public service message.

    BTW, Per the street signs, Loxley, AL has intersections
    of Baldwin Avenue at First, Second, Third & Forth streets.
