How do you scale dashed lines in model space to show up in paper
    space? Thanks Jim

Yes, AutoCAD has helpfully made sure that if you can see the dashed lines in
model space, they won't show up in paper space and vice versa. I once
mortally offended an AutoDesk employee at a trade show by asking if they
maintained a separate department to make the program as difficult to use as
    possible.

Just set PSLTSCALE to 0 and they both should look the same.
(PSLTSCALE needs set to 0 in each paper space separately)

You don't think they actually make all their money just by selling the
    software, do you?
